Lay-by Terms
We offer all customers a flexible Lay-by payment option for purchases over $100. We let you control your repayment schedule and payment amounts for any Lay-by up to $700. There is no one breathing down your neck when you Lay-by with us and we do not charge any establishment fees.
The CoolCollectibles.com.au Layby Terms & Conditions are as follows:
(i) All Lay-bys will have a set 12 week maximum term. Failure to pay the full balance off within this time will disqualify customers from future Lay-by options.
(ii) To start a Lay-by, customers must make a minimum initial payment via Bank Transfer into our corporate ANZ Bank account of 15% of the order total. Bank Transfer is the only payment method we accept for all Lay-by payments.
(iii) The remaining balance should be paid for in regular amounts (as determined by you the customer) fortnightly and also be paid via Bank Transfer.
(iv) All Lay-by cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
(v) If after 12 weeks any Lay-by is not paid for in-full, it will automatically be cancelled and subject to the 15% restocking fee.
(vi) Lay-bys will be allowed up to a maximum $700 order value to ensure that payments do not need to be more than $50 per week. We may consider increasing this limit based on specific requests from established customers, made by prior arrangement.
(vii) Lay-bys cannot be varied once initiated.
(viii) Limit of 1 Lay-by per customer at any one time.

Pre-order / Backorder Terms
Pre-ordering future-release products, and / or Backordering sold-out products, allows you to reserve item(s) to avoid missing out, in particular where items are in limited supply!
The CoolCollectibles.com.au Pre-order / Backorder Terms & Conditions are as follows:
(i) Please note that we make no distinction between 'Backorders' and 'Pre-orders' and the two terms can be used interchangeably for the purpose of these Terms.
(ii) The expected release date listed is only a guide and Pre-order items may arrive at any time, subject to manufacturer delays or other reasons outside of our control. Changes to expected release dates will be posted, where possible, on our website.
(iii) Allocation and shipping of all Pre-ordered stock will occur on a first-come, first-served basis, with all orders being processed and shipped in the order they were received. This means the earlier you place your Pre-order(s), the less chance there is of your order being affected should there be an unexpected product shortage or a reduced supplier allocation on a particular product that you have selected.
(iv) To secure a Pre-order customers must pay a 15% Deposit via Bank Transfer into our corporate ANZ Bank account. Bank Transfer is the only payment method we accept for all Pre-order Deposits.
(v) The remaining balance (85%) must be paid for in full when the Pre-ordered item(s) arrives in stock. This remaining balance may be paid via Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal.
(vi) All Pre-order cancellations will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
(vii) If after 2 weeks from its arrival in stock, any Pre-order is not paid for in-full, it will automatically be cancelled and subject to the 15% cancellation fee.
(viii) A Pre-order cannot be varied once initiated.
(ix) Pre-order items cannot be ordered together with in-stock items in a single order. Any Pre-order that contains in-stock items is subject to cancellation without further notice.
(x) In the unlikely event that we cannot fill your Pre-order, a full refund will be given for any payments already made by you, including the initial 15% Deposit.
(xi) In the event that your address details change after you have placed your Pre-order / Backorder, please email us immediately.
